Reflexology is a very healing treatment based on the theory that different points on the feet correspond to different parts of the body. The TV in therapy works holistically and aims to help with recovery from illness or surgery and to restore well-being.

Facial reflexology and Zone Face Lift (Advanced Bergman Method)
This is a combination of facial reflexology and anti-aging techniques which work on increasing collagen and elastin and improving the lymph flow. It is deeply relaxing and will help to naturally lift the face and spirit. For this treatment I use lovely oil blends and various facial tools depending on your needs.
​This is a gentle rhythmic treatment which has many applications. It helps with the management of lymphoedema and speeds up healing after surgery and Vaser. It is often used as part of a detox programme.
Bowen is inspired by the work of Tom Bowen, who was an Australian osteopath. It is a soft tissue therapy whereby we make various moves to facilitate the body’s natural capacity for self-healing. This treatment is fairly gentle but the results are often very powerful. Although it is mainly used for muscular or structural issues and chronic pain it can have a very positive effect on many conditions. Almost everyone responds well to Bowen.

I am also qualified in MSTR scar release. I like to work with scars as they can restrict movement, cause discomfort and block the flow of lymph and energy within the body.
